Dx Core. Effective 12 October 2026.
These terms govern Dx Core, a self-hosted personal application operated by a single individual. Dx Core is not a commercial product and is not offered, licensed or sold to anyone. Access is limited to its operator, who is also its author. No account, subscription or service is provided to any other person.
The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The operator accepts all risk arising from its use.
The application communicates with Google APIs. Those services are governed by Google's own terms and policies. Nothing in these terms modifies or replaces the operator's agreement with Google.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author of this application is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to the use of the application.
How Google user data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
